[0:40] It guarantees rights such as life, equality, education, freedom of expression and a clean environment. [1:20] Special groups including children, persons with disabilities and the elderly receive added protection. [2:00] Applying these rights with empathy and solidarity helps people live together in harmony. [2:40] Cultural globalization spreads ideas worldwide; responsible global citizens preserve their culture while respecting others.
