[1:25] Responsible living means making wise choices, respecting oneself and others, and avoiding harmful behaviour.
[2:10] Irresponsible sexual behaviour can lead to serious consequences, including sexually transmitted infections such as HIV and AIDS.
[2:55] Other consequences may include early pregnancy, dropping out of school, broken relationships, and emotional stress.
[3:40] Young people are encouraged to seek guidance from trusted parents, teachers, religious leaders, and health workers.
