[0:00] Rugby is a team sport played with an oval ball, where teams score by grounding the ball over the line or kicking it through the posts. [0:45] A try is worth five points, a conversion two, and both a penalty kick and a drop goal are worth three. [1:30] The ball may only be passed backward or sideways; a forward pass is not allowed. [2:10] Tackles must be made below the shoulders; high tackles are illegal and dangerous, and the referee enforces the rules. [2:50] Safety comes from mouthguards, correct tackling technique, good fitness, hydration and proper warm-ups.
