[0:00] A good speech has three clear parts: a beginning that grabs attention, a middle that gives your points, and an ending that leaves the audience with something to remember.
[0:45] Open with a hook. You might ask a question, share a surprising fact, or tell a short story so listeners want to hear more.
[1:30] Speak loudly enough to reach the back row, but not so fast that words tumble together. Pause after important points to let them sink in.
[2:15] Make eye contact across the room, not at the floor. Natural hand gestures help, but avoid fidgeting with your pen or uniform.
[3:05] End with a strong closing line that restates your message, then thank your audience. Practice out loud at least twice before the real thing.
